Michael Dillon, who has been in the industry for 23 years, will manage the office. He has previously been a registered representative with David Noyes, AG Edwards and Wells Fargo. He is joined by Terry Finkel, Byron Brook and Robert Batchen.

Dillon said the firm plans to add more advisors as it finds people with the right service culture and experience.

The firm was founded in 1997 by Fred Uhlmann. It is a subsidiary of Price Holdings Company.
